Please Describe The Problem To Be Solved
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 D not supported, which will cause the failure of gpu compatiblity check and impact performance for e.g. OCR (use CPU instead of GPU)

(Optional): Suggest A Solution
update scripts/gpu_capabilities.json and add new line after {
"NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4090 D": 8.9,
