Spam

Like many other popular repositories on GitHub, we're currently dealing with a barrage of issue spam. GitHub is aware of the problem and is actively killing spam account as they are detected. I'm also deleting offending posts as they come in. Apologies for the noise.

Update: In an effort to get ahead of the spam, I've temporarily enabled moderation controls which allow only prior contributors to create new issues or reply to existing ones. Again, sorry for the disruption. Hopefully it will pass soon.
