Our paper on OTTER has been accepted at AAAI 2021!
OTTER infers a gene regulatory network by graph matching. It identifies the two projections of a TF-gene bipartite network with a TF-TF interaction network and a gene-gene co-expresssion network.

OTTER is implemented in netZooR, netZooPy, and netZooM. The netbook tutorial Inferring Gene Regulatory Networks from GTEx Gene Expression Data in R with OTTER showcases how to use it.
