Add "import/duplicate" capabilities for TS/TC

Add the ability to duplicate a TS (with all his tree) (or just a TC) in the same project.
All the objects should be really duplicated, with updated names (with (1) or "DUPLICATE").

In the works, should be ready today or tomorrow. The tricky part is that we have to create a new version, create new test step versions, copy labels and a few other dependencies :-)
