Can't click on new network view-based save/load layout buttons

When the network viewer is maximized, moving the mouse over the new save/load/layout/etc. buttons in the bottom right causes those buttons to disappear (as if you had moved the mouse outside of the hitbox that makes them appear in the first place).

Actually it looks like you can still click on the buttons (if you know where they should be), they just aren't being displayed.

When you maximize a NetworkViewer, to localToGlobal coordinate mapping fails; the coordinates are not in global space despite claiming to be. Hopefully this is just a missing transformation, and not a huge problem...
