Support for redditlive events subscriptions, with notifications as was done during the world cup!

We couldn't have missed Philae landing with that…

According to reddit's API documentation, they provide an rss feed (and json) for live events, this should ease things a lot (as we already have the !news module :) ).

e.g. :
https://www.reddit.com/live/ta416hjgvbhy/.rss
https://www.reddit.com/live/ta416hjgvbhy/.json

This issue can be closed with an alias on !news and some !watch ? :)
