Non-commercial license data

Hi,
Does the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license apply to only the segmentations or also to the image data? I am doing an internship research in a company where I cannot use data that has a non-commercial license, and I would like to use the https://github.com/JunMa11/AbdomenCT-1K dataset, which partly consists of KiTS images.

According to the Cancer Imaging Archive (https://wiki.cancerimagingarchive.net/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=61081171#610811713410859a81a4454dad15c13952b40cf6) the KiTS dataset does not have a non-commercial license, but then I saw the Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International license in the data folder on this github page.

Thanks for the good question - there is unfortunately some ambiguity on this.

Regarding imaging:

• Cases 0 - 209 are available for commercial use -- via TCIA as you mentioned
• Cases 210 - 400 are available for noncommercial use only, but non-exclusive license agreements can be arranged

Regarding labels and code

• All labels and code are available under an MIT license
