Ignore issues where just the labels were updated

Hi,

thanks for this very nice tool!

I noticed that for our project, some old issues were included, that I at first didn't expect in the weekly / daily summary. Turns out the only change was some labels being updated.

Would it be possible to (optionally) exclude issues / PRs from the list where only the labels changed and nothing else?
