Thanks for taking a look at EyeRest!
EyeRest is a small Windows tray application that helps you follow the 20–20–20 rule for eye health:
every 20 minutes, look at something 20 feet (~6 meters) away for at least 20 seconds.
It runs quietly in the notification area, uses Windows 10/11 toast notifications when available (with a tray balloon fallback), and lets you configure:
