Can NEAR implement GOST

Hello NEAR team!

Is it possible or planned to implement GOST cryptographic algorithms (according to Russian national standards), especially in the context of BLS signatures, within the NEAR protocol?

• Has anyone in the NEAR community or team experimented with custom cryptographic providers (for example, GOST R 34.10-2012 or BLS over GOST curves)?
• Are there extension points or recommendations for integrating custom cryptography in NEAR?
• Would appreciate any information about previous experience or possible blockers in such integration.
