Exchanging the box around the plot for x and y axes starting at 0

Hi Nathaniel,

I love your package and wanted to use it for my upcoming publication, but my supervisor told me to "get rid of that box and make the axes what they should be".
Is there a way to do so? It seems that it was possible in the previous versions of the package, but I don't find a solution for the current version.
