- Assume good intent, but correct inaccurate technical claims with evidence.
- Keep discussions focused on reproducible behavior, design tradeoffs, and project goals.
- Accept maintainer decisions when they are made to protect stability, safety, or scope.
- Harassment, personal attacks, threats, or discriminatory language.
- Publishing private information, secrets, tokens, cookies, or profile data.
- Encouraging abuse, unauthorized access, spam, fraud, or credential misuse.
- Repeatedly derailing issues or pull requests after maintainers ask to refocus.
Maintainers may edit or hide comments, close issues, reject contributions, or block participants when behavior harms the project or community. Security-sensitive or abuse-enabling content may be removed without extended discussion.
