Solve the bug when there is an empty variable in the Actions array

Also a small bug I've noticed: if there is an empty variable in the 'Actions array' (if you click the + in the actions section but you don't assign an actual value to it) ->and then attempt to play the game (runGOAP) -it will crash the editor.

We'll try to add that feature to the new version as well as solving the bug that you are found. Thanks a lot! :-)
