as yall know youtube part is currently being re-written to a new client youtipie, which means newpipe_extractor is soon to be dropped.

bUt wHY?

  • to bring youtube login ^^

  • search suggestions
  • control showing of shorts & mixes in each list

user actions

  • video actions
    • like/dislike
    • add to playlist
    • remove video from playlist
  • playlist actions
    • create/edit/delete playlist
    • save public playlist to library
  • mark video as watched
  • channel actions (subscribe/unsubscribe, toggle notifications status)
  • comment actions
    • comment like/dislike
    • reply like/dislike
    • add/edit/delete comment
    • add/edit/delete reply
  • create mix playlist (radio)

extras

  • channel about page
  • channel tabs (home/videos/live/shorts/playlists/releases)
  • channel videos sort (latest/popular/oldest)
  • comments timed section for supported videos
  • notification hide (hide this notification, turn off all from channel, turn off all recommendations)
  • video endcards (optional)
  • video watermark in fullscreen (optional)
  • load next for related videos
  • more parameters for editing playlist (allowCollaboration, newVideosAtTop)
