This Python application forms part of the Tic-Tac-Turtle MkII project. It runs on a Raspberry Pi 3 and performs the following tasks:
- Machine vision processing of tic-tac-toe board, via USB camera.
- Bluetooth control of Tic-Tac-Turtle robot.
- Game status display on Pi's HDMI output.
- Various system debugging facilities
