All-in-one example

An example that combines an iroh node, a gateway, and content publishing on the mainline DHT.

This would use the iroh client API in memory to feed the in-process gateway (it needs some extensions for this). It would use mainline-rs and possibly pkarr to publish both node info and content info on the bittorrent DHT.

You will be able to use the iroh cli and console to manipulate the store content, but also request content via http(s) queries to localhost.

This is intended as an all in one solution for people to get started, but also as an example.
