Autopsy -- cause of death reported incorrectly

Since latest ACE3 medical update (beginning of 2020), the cause of death is reported incorrectly after performing an autopsy (e.g. explosion reported instead of gunshot wounds) due to a change in how ACE3 tracks open wounds.

I am waiting until the ACE3 update settles down a bit (i.e. after the first patch) before I fix this.
