Describe the bug
The player can see their blip themselves, which can be quite annoying

To Reproduce

1. Connect to a server
2. Start the playerblips resource
3. Hop in a Hydra
4. See the bug

Expected behavior
The player themselves cannot see their own blips, only those of other players

Client: 23234 (Windows x86)
Server: 23232 (Windows x64)
