Improve agent-discovery descriptions for cloud-security skills

Task

The description field in cloud-security SKILL.md files needs to include more keywords for AI agent discovery. When an agent is working on AWS/Azure/GCP tasks, it should automatically discover relevant skills.

How to improve

1. Read 5-10 cloud security skills in skills/ with subdomain cloud-security
2. Identify keywords an agent would use when working on cloud security tasks
3. Improve the description to include those trigger keywords
4. Submit PRs
