[Bug?] Non-working animations. #32

Hello,
I've been trying out this date picker for a week or so since I like the aesthetic and the idea, however it seems like when I open the file in a live server (or a python Django project), the animations stop working. That is, opening the file everything works as expected, but when the same file is run from a server (styles and js all loaded) the animations glitch out.
I've tried this with my own implementation but it also happens with the default demo, is this indeed a bug or something that I must take into account?
I could record a video if necessary but you can easily recreate this with the VS code live server extension.
