Fly.io instructions are somewhat outdated

Currently the error during fly deploy is Error: unknown flag: --region. flyctl version is v0.3.172.

I was wondering why do you need those flags anyways since everything is in fly.toml?

I have my custom makefile, so it's hard to translate to a PR, but basically I shortened your flyctl command to just flyctl deploy. In the instructions you already establish everything inside the fly.toml file, so I don't see a point to pass additional command-line arguments.
