Description
In my document, the first citation in the main text starts from a higher number instead of [1]. This appears to happen because some figure or table captions that include citations are placed before the main body (such as in the "List of Figures" or "List of Tables"), causing LaTeX to assign those numbers first.
Is there a clean way to ensure that citation numbering starts with the main content, without manually reordering captions?
