11 epoch not 10

I have a question , why do daniel say in the fine-tuning module that we are feature extracting and fine-tuning for 10 epochs but it's actually 11 epochs because the first 5 are zero indexed , so we strated fine-tuning from 4 to 10. (0-4 feature extracting and 4-10 fine-tuning)
