The accuracy in my 07_milestone_project_1 is about 0.00914.
It's must be some thing wrong with the code as attached.

I got the same issue and it got resolved when I gave Shuffle=False in tf.loads function and reran the whole code.
(train_data,test_data),ds_info = tfds.load(name="food101",
split=["train","validation"],
shuffle_files=False,
as_supervised = True,
with_info = True)
