This is from neural network part 2/2 in this what we are trying to get as answer in y value. I can't understand for what answer we are waiting for can you Teach me and also particularly in this code also "(lambda epoch: 1e-4 * 10**(epoch/20))" why we want to add this
And what we are trying to predict .and in also "Anatomy of confusion matrix"
