Where is the environment.yml file?

Hi, I don't want to appear to be too much of an idiot but I ran through all of the jupyter notebooks about 6 months ago. All worked well. Now, I changed my motherboard (not the drive) and I am having issues with finding the appropriate environment for anaconda (miniconda 3) to run the notebooks. I keep getting "ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'torch'" error. I believe that I don't have an environment as good as the one that I used to have on my other computer.

I am searching for the environmnt.yml file so that I can create another environment.
