getting data from outside the computer

I see alot of sim models for rc cars . i want to get data from an arduino (voltage level) feed it to the model and give the arduino feedback to make corrections raise or lower the voltage. ? im on this section of the course Section 02: PyTorch Neural Network Classification
what section covers stuff i mentioned above?
