Zoom in on a portion of the screen and display it in a picture-in-picture

I want to zoom in on a portion of the screen while watching surveillance footage and have it display in a picture-in-picture format. Currently, I can only open two MPV windows, one showing the full screen and the other zooming in on a portion of the screen. Is there any way to achieve the above effect in one window?
