Another get_playlist2 problem (SSL)

Trying to get any playlist from youtube (this par exemple) gives me this error:

URLError: <urlopen error [SSL: CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED] certificate verify failed (_ssl.c:590)>

Using pafy version 0.5.3.1 (with the patch that fixes #169 )
Windows 10 on VMWare (normal run, compatibility mode 8/7/XP or run as administrator)
I don't get this error while in Windows 7 or Windows XP systems
Checking if there is something wrong with the image, since it doesn't let me download single links also...
