Could it be used with two pdf files?

Hi!

Great app. 

I was wondering if it could also be used not only with one pdf file + notes, but also when giving a talk with two different projectors (for instance one projector with the talk itself, and a secondary file with index, or examples, or ideas to remember...). This would be really great.
