<select><option> seems broken in Firefox OS 1.2 Simulator

I was trying the AppManager in Firefox Nightly 28 on Windows, and I installed both Firefox OS Simulators from https://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/labs/fxos-simulator/

When navigating to any page containing a <select> element, clicking on it has different behaviors:

• In Firefox OS 1.2 Simulator (stable), the Select UI opens with an OK button at the bottom, but no choices are available.
• In Firefox OS 1.3 Simulator (unstable), the Select UI and the OK button show up, but the options option1 option2 and option3 are visible and clickable.
