Trying to reload the simulator dashboard page and trying to add a valid packaged app will fail #749

STR

Load the Firefox OS Simulator
Reload resource://r2d2b2g-at-mozilla-dot-org/r2d2b2g/data/content/index.html
Try adding a valid packaged app manifest.webapp

Expected

The app should be able to be added.

Actual

The app fails to be added. If I reload the page again, I see the following error:

Error updating cached Manifest: TypeError: this.worker is null

I was facing similar issues, restarting Firefox will resolve the issue
just to get you going.
