As you may have seen in #3302, there is a small deprecation in the ROS 2 control realtime_tools repo that landed just a few days before the last Rolling sync, and happened to kick MoveIt Servo off the buildfarm even though this was fixed months ago.

Originally, I thought it would have been nice to wait for some bigger changes before bumping the minor version to 2.13.0, but it seems we should do this on the sooner side.

Just to have some consistency across branches, I also propose cutting 2.5.8 for Humble and 2.12.2 for Jazzy soon. There are a few PRs that would be nice to get in and backported first, though. These are:
