RUST-1652 Add `GridFsBucket::find_one` method

Hi @Logarithmus, thanks for filing this issue! We agree that a GridFsBucket::find_one method would be useful to have in our API. We don't currently have the bandwidth to prioritize this work, but feel free to follow RUST-1652 for updates or create a pull request yourself!
