Failed installations are not cleaned up #13
Description
When the installation of a WAD results in an error, the NAND is not cleaned of what had been installed up to that point. Tickets are kept, as well as the directory in /title. ES_AddTitleCancel() does not clean any of this. This inconsistent state is noticed by some applications.
