This is a test issue created to verify the GitHub MCP server implementation.

Can you tell me what client you used to do this? Using Cursor when I try to use the create_issue tool I get this error:

MCP error -32603: Not Found: Resource not found: Not Found.

I also get that error on the MCP Inspector
