Created a userscript to install custom requirements/packages #65

@ImagineerNL

Description

@ImagineerNL

It happens that not all needed (or optional) packages for a custom_node are installed.
(shown in the logs as e.g.:

  • No module named '.... '
  • xxx functionality is unavalable because the 'yyy' dependency is not installed
  • package missing: ...

This script enables the installation of packages (and versions) listed in a custom_requirements document.

Script is documented and configurable, but can contain flaws, as I'm no expert in shell scripting.

It is advisable to run it after 10-Pip3Dev.sh since it might need to build wheels for packages.
If the file cant be run, make sure you use linux

11_custom_requirements.txt

11_Custom_Requirements_Installer.sh

Possible error:
(valid for all scripts, but this adds a custom document, so more valid):

If you edited the script or requirements on a Windows machine, it might have saved it with Windows-style line endings (CRLF or \r\n) instead of the Unix-style endings (LF or \n) that Linux expects.
