My trivial comment typo fix PR (#583) failed CI workflow run with error

FAILED tests/test_inference_simple.py::test_inference_simple[roberta-ViT-B-32-laion2b_s12b_b32k-False-False] - RuntimeError: Error(s) in loading state_dict for CustomTextCLIP:
	Unexpected key(s) in state_dict: "text.transformer.embeddings.position_ids".

Going through the recent record, the same error has been going on for unrelated & simple changes (#561, #578) for a week or so.

This is due to the change of the expected state_dict from transformers==4.30.2 to transformers==4.31. For now downgrading to transformers==4.30.2 gets around it: https://huggingface.co/microsoft/BiomedCLIP-PubMedBERT_256-vit_base_patch16_224/discussions/9
