Streamline the CLI argument parsing for Script automation

The requirement here is to add a help CLI output specific to "ScriptAutomation".

• Document the arguments which are generic to all the scripts
• Document how dictionaries and lists can be given in the CLI
• Document the behaviour of - and _ in the arguments
• Document how boolean variables are handled via CLI
