Following #11 , rework based on a different web framework (Tornado)
Only issue left: the testbed does not exist for Python 3. For now I kept the code python 2 runnable, and specified 2.7 in nox. Tests simply won't run in Python 3 and I see no real solution.
Additionally, I still need to test with an actual deployment
