Add project to checkout information

Proposal

Starting in 11.17.2, FlexNet provides a new parameter "-proj" which adds up to 32 characters of the project information to the lmstat output for a checkout. Adding "-proj" parameter would be useful for adding additional metadata to the checkout information.

I think it's useful enhancement to have, it should be optional:
