We currently send emails, to be read by humans.

We could be making HTTP requests as well.
How do you verify opt-in to sending HTTP requests?
We should have a mechanism to automatically disable webhooks if they fail for a period (remote URL disappeared).

Before we build this: Who would need it, and why?
Automated deploys of new versions would be a fun reason.
