Create a help menu

Currently, the only way to learn what the key bindings are is to go to the documentation website.

Let's create a dialog that you can open with a key binding (e.g. "?") that contains a table with the list of key bindings for the current olli instance.

We can also add some text to the top level description letting people know about the key binding.
