Two improvements that came from debugging #1187

  • Annotate each line in the dag with the assembly lines / PHOAS lines that first generated it; or, annotate each line of assembly / PHOAS with the new dag indices generated by it
  • In the final step of mismatch errors that contains any assembly index which exceeds all PHOAS indices, fully trace all indices that exceed all PHOAS indices
