License: please settle on ISC or MIT to avoid confusion #272

The current license text in LICENSE.md is for ISC but the dune-project file and the derived opam files say it's MIT. Please choose just one to avoid unnecessary confusion since they're equivalent.

https://spdx.org/licenses/ has all the info.
