Automatic deployments to staging are skipped after successful repo transfer to another organization

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a branch and a PR in one org/repo
2. Then, move that repo to another org under a different name
3. Reconnect everything in the Mintlify's dashboard

Now, new branches and PRs will get automatic staging deployments, but older ones won't. Furthermore, old PRs would still get other Mintlify CIs, such as link-rot checks, but just not the staging.

Please, fix it! Manual redeployments of older branches from the dashboard do not re-enable automatic ones. Hence, they only serve as a band-aid, not a long-term solution. Running around re-deploying around 20+ branches by hand isn't nice.

Perhaps, you could add a button in the dashboard to re-enable automatic deployments or simply recognize the move and refresh necessary data/integrations for older branches.
