Support Multi-Page RSS Feed for Changelogs

Current Behavior:

The current RSS feed implementation is limited to a single page (“changelog” or “updates”) and only works with the Updates component. For larger changelogs where each version has its own page or for other components containing updates, the RSS feed cannot aggregate content.

Proposed Enhancement:

Enable the RSS feed to pull content from multiple pages and any components, allowing comprehensive coverage of all versioned changelogs.

Would like to see something similar as well. Each changelog version could receive an optional summary input that would be shown on the changelog high level overview.
