miniflux not reading /etc/miniflux.conf

Hi all,

This is a brand new install of miniflux 2.1.4 on Ubuntu 22.04 using the apt repository. All looks good, except miniflux doesn't seem to read /etc/miniflux.conf so the DATABASE_URL goes to default. I have been using the default settings, but want to change this.

Where have I gone wrong?
