apt repo missing translations is noisy

This has been happening since the repo move (#1516).

I'm getting a slightly different but possibly related error:

  404  Not Found [IP: 52.73.254.174 443]

I only spun up this instance a few months ago. It does not affect functionality and updates are installed with no problems.
