Attach to job id window stays empty

As a user, when running stui --ssh host I want to attach to a running job. I can see the running jobs, can select one and then attach to it. The attach window pops up, but stays empty. I expected it to show past and current log output.

Please let me know how I can support to debug this as I am running from local sources and am also admin of our Slurm cluster.

I had a look at what attaching does on Slurm side

stui/stui/views/jobs.py

Line 580 in a5355c7

cmd = f"sattach {job.job_id}.0"

and found that the sattach command does not show any output either. Will investigate further.
